You can subscribe to any thread to receive an email for all new posts in the thread. There is no option to get an email for all new posts unless you manually subscribed to each thread but in that case, when I new thread is started you would then have to manually subscribe to that one.
To easily view all new posts, there is a link at the top of your screen "New Posts" that sits between User CP, FAQ, Members List, Calendar and Search, Quick Links and Logout. That will show you all the new posts you haven't seen or marked as read.
